such as the date, time and exact location where the event occurred (bus
stop code, direction of travel, street intersection, metro station or
fare control booth). You should also provide the bus route number or
métro line, as well as the vehicle number, if one is involved. That
number appears on both the inside and the outside of all STM vehicles.
An STM official may want to contact you to obtain additionnal
information or for a follow-up. Please include a telephone number where
you can easily be reached.
