You can get your own Reduced Fare Access Card if:
  • you are aged under 18 on September 1;
  • you are a full-time student in an institution recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation du Québec (Québec Department of Education).

During these photo sessions, you will pay only $8.75.
If possible, please have exact amount ready.

Validity period
All access cards issued between September 1 and December 31 of a given year are valid from the date they are issued to October 31 of the following year. Access cards issued at any other time expire on October 31 of that year.

Validity period when you turn 18 years old
If you have reached the age of 18 this year, your card is valid until October 31
. From that age, you can now get a Privilège Card. With the Privilège card, full-time Montréal students can travel with a reduced fare CAM Monthly Pass.

The Reduced Fare Access Card is Compulsory from the age of 12 in order to be entitled to the reduced fares of the STM transit network.

Please note : If you don't show your Reduced Fare Access Card, you'll have to pay regular fare. In addition, you could be fined $100 plus administration fees.

Remember to show your Reduced Fare Access Card each time you pay reduced fare, with either your CAM (monthly transit pass), CAM hebdo (weekly transit pass), tickets or money.
