New bus schedules available as of June 9

Montreal, 5 June 2003 – The summer schedules for the bus service of the Société de transport de Montréal will be in effect as of June 16.

Accordingly, the new Planibus schedules will be available aboard the buses from June 9 to 20 inclusively. Customers will also be able to pick them up at métro ticket booths and at the Customer Service Centre – while stocks last – on the mezzanine level of the Berri-UQAM métro station. Valid until August 24, the summer Planibus also include a special schedule in effect from July 14 to 25.

The Planibus schedules are always accessible on the STM’s Web site www.stm.info and can be printed directly from the site. The site also contains a great deal of other useful customer information.

To better plan their trips, clients are invited to call the TELBUS number appearing on the panel at their bus stop. The complete list of TELBUS numbers is also available on the Web site. For information on routes, customers can call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287).
