Montreal High Lights Festival
15 – Sainte-Catherine bus route modified
from february 9 to march 4, 2004

Montreal, 5 February 2004 – Once again, the Montreal High Lights Festival will take place along some of the city’s downtown streets and, as a result, the 15 – Sainte-Catherine bus route will be modified from Monday, February 9 to Thursday, March 4, between Union and Berri Streets.

Although the event is held from February 19 to 29, closing Sainte-Catherine Street from February 9 to March 4 is necessary to allow for the site’s installation and subsequent dismantling. The STM will therefore modify the 15 bus route, as well as the 358 night bus route during that same period.

Buses will be diverted onto Union Street and then Ren-Lvesque Boulevard before reaching Berri Street. From there, buses will proceed north on Berri to Sainte-Catherine where they will resume their regular route. Transit users can get on or off the 15 bus at any stop normally served by 150 – Ren-Lvesque buses.

When planning their transportation, transit users are invited to call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287) for schedule information at their bus stop. For trip information, they can call STM-INFO (786-4636). More useful information can also be found on the STM’s website at www.stm.info .
