Bicycles in the métro

As the Carifiesta parade and fireworks display in the evening are expected to generate a significant increase in métro ridership, no bicycles will be allowed inside the métro from 3 pm until closing.

The STM recommends that métro users purchase their return ticket ahead of time, to avoid waiting in line, as ridership levels are usually much heavier after an event than before.

When planning their transportation to any of these events, transit users should consult their Planibus or Infobus panel, or call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287) for bus schedules at their stop. For other information, including travel directions, please call STM-INFO (786-4636). Bus timetables updated according to daily events are now available up to seven days in advance from the STM website at www.stm.info, ase well as more useful transit information.
