Un tour la nuit
Bicycles barred from métro and
other modifications to STM bus service
Montreal, 1 June 2006- For safety reasons, carrying a bicycle in the métro will not be allowed as of 3 p.m. while the Un tour la nuit cycling event is held next Friday, June 2. The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) reminds all transit users once again that riding a bicycle, using a foot scooter or a skateboard, and wearing rollerblades inside a métro station or aboard a bus is forbidden at all times.
Bus service modifications
In addition to deviating several bus routes, the event will require the cancellation of service on the 10 – De Lorimier from 8:15 pm to 1 am, the 47 – Masson from 8:15 pm to 11 pm, the 94 – D’Iberville from 8:15 pm to 12:30 am, and the
99 – Villeray from 8:15 pm to 1 am.
The following bus routes will be slightly altered during the indicated periods:

18 – Beaubien, from 8:15 pm to 1 am;

27 – Boul. Saint-Joseph, from 8:15 pm to 11 pm;

32 – Lacordaire, from 8:15 pm to 11:30 pm;

33 – Langelier, from 8:15 pm to 11:30 pm;

43 – Monselet, from 8:15 pm to midnight;

67 – Saint-Michel, from 8:15 pm to midnight;

93 – Jean-Talon, from 8:15 pm to 12:30 am;

95 – B�langer, from 8:15 pm to 1 am;

121 – Sauvé/Côte-Vertu, from 8:15 pm to 1 am;

132 – Viau, from 8:15 pm to 11:30 pm;
-
139 – Pie IX, from 8:15 pm to midnight;

140 – Fleury, from 8:15 pm to 12:15 am;

192 – Robert, from 8:15 pm to 12:30 am;

193 – Jarry, from 8:15 pm to 12:30 am;

197 – Rosemont, from 8:15 pm to 1 am.
