Montreal, March 6, 2008 - The Société de transport de Montréal wishes to inform its customers that the new Planibus timetables for its regular bus routes will be available as of March 10, 2008. Contrary to what is indicated on the Planibus , these schedules will be in effect from March 17 to June 22, 2008.

The new Planibus timetables will be available aboard the buses from March 10 to March 20, 2008. Transit users can also pick them up at métro fare booths and at the Customer Service Centre on the mezzanine level of the Berri-UQAM métro station. As well, the Planibus timetables can be printed out at any time from the STM’s Web site (www.stm.info). The site also features plenty of other useful customer information.

It should be noted that for one year, Planibus timetables have been printed on recycled paper. The STM is proud to contribute in this way to the protection of the environment and to sustainable development.

To plan their trips more efficiently, transit users are invited to call
