Service points

With the introduction of the new OPUS card, specially identified service points are now open for transit clients, Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If your card is malfunctioning, please go to a service point at either Honoré-Beaugrand, Jean-Talon, Côte-Vertu or Lionel-Groulx stations and at Fairview Pointe Claire, from Monday to Friday, or the the service point at Berri-UQAM station, open seven days a week.

Have you lost something ?

It usually takes about 48 hours for objects found in our installations to make their way to the Customer Service Centre.
