  • Replace your regular fare OPUS card - 90 days before the expiration date
  • Replace your expired regular fare OPUS card
  • Replace a defective OPUS card
  • Correct a transaction error
  • Register your OPUS card
  • Recover the fare balance on a lost, stolen or damaged photo ID OPUS card (regular fare and reduced fare)
  • Obtain a request form for a photo ID OPUS card for reduced
  • Obtain Maestro status
  • Obtain a photo ID OPUS card for reduced fares (only for clients having functional limitations or seniors 65 years and over)
