Origin of name: the former town of Outremont, later incorporated as a village in 1875 and located on the other side of the mountain, gave this station its name.

How do I get to the special shuttle in case of a métro service interruption?

Two stops are available at this station and the signs are easily identifiable since they are of the color of the métro line they serves.

  • Pictogram special shuttle Blue line Eastbound towards Saint-Michel: Bus stop 56221, located on Van Horne, at the corner of Wiseman.
  • Picto ligne bleue Westbound towards Snowdon: Bus stop 56220, located on Van Horne, at the corner of Wiseman.

This shuttle is not free, the regular fare applies.
