STM Managers Here to Help

A pilot project is underway in our transit system.

The Onboard Managers program, which has been gradually rolling out since the beginning of the year, puts STM managers from every department on the metro and at bus stops, loops, and bus terminals during busy times on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during peak hours.

You’ll find them everywhere throughout the system with their easy-to-spot yellow vests marked “ici pour vous aider,” ready to provide support and information.

Each manager participates once a month. Their role is to interact with riders and staff, answer general questions, and report on any issues they may notice.

To make your commute easier, feel free to say hello—they’re there to answer your questions and improve your riding experience.
