Location: northeast building entrance

In this concrete work, solitary figures search for their essence, in a solitary journey to find their true faces buried under the mask of the automaton.

The styrofoam moulds used to create the mural were created in the former Cadbury factory on Avenue De Lorimier.

About the artist

Born in Montréal, self-taught artist Jacques Huet (1932-2009) began his career sculpting in wood, drawing inspiration from this living medium. He later worked in aluminum, bronze, Plexiglas, steel, concrete, and granite, which he was able to bring just as much to life.
