A registered OPUS card is your guarantee against loss or theft. Your card and any valid fares remaining on it when you report the loss or theft will be replaced. If you have a reduced fare photo ID OPUS card, it is automatically registered and covered by the replacement guarantee.
*This guarantee does not apply to an OPUS card that has been expired for more than six months.
A registered OPUS card
Online form Your request will be processed within ten business days.
If you loaded your OPUS card with fares today, you must wait until tomorrow to exchange your card and recover its remaining balance of valid fares.
If your card is lost or stolen
Go to one of our Espace client booth and bring a photo ID card, so you can get a new OPUS card loaded with any remaining fares from the old one.
You will only need to pay an OPUS card replacement fee. Lastly, keep in mind that if you have a reduced fare photo OPUS card, it is automatically registered and you are covered by the replacement guarantee.
N.B.: All cardholders, including minors, must go in person, as a new picture will be taken on site.
