Write to us at email@example.com and tell us about your organization or project and include the following information:
- Event dates (please send us your project presentation at least 9 months prior to planned date)
- Geographical location or area
- Expected number of participants
- Type of public your project hopes to attract
Also describe in detail how STM could effectively be included in your project by, for example, allowing us to help you solve any problems with transportation logistics.
All complete applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and their answer will be given to you in writing.
STM receives a large number of proposals each year and, because of this, we are required to select those that appear to have the biggest impact on enhancing the transit experience for hundreds of thousands of people who ride with us every day.
Please note that STM does not give out transit fare cards nor does it enter into partnerships for the purpose of sponsoring products or services, or endorsing personal projects, cultural exchanges, cooperative missions or political parties.
