Montréal, 19 juin 2014 – L’Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) et la Société de transport de Montréal (STM) ont accueilli l’édition 2014 du réputé congrès international de l’American Public Transportation Association (APTA) se déclinant en deux volets, soit le Rodéo international du rail et la Conférence du rail. Il s’agissait d’une occasion unique permettant aux membres canadiens et américains de l’APTA de se rencontrer et de partager leur savoir-faire et leurs expériences.
Montréal, June 19, 2014 – The Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) and the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) hosted the 2014 edition of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) world conference, which included two activities: the International Rail Rodeo and the Rail Conference. The event gave Canadian and American APTA members a unique opportunity to meet and share their knowledge and experience.
Montréal, June 17, 2014 – During the presentation of the Safety & Security Excellence Awards today by the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Messrs. Philippe Schnobb, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Carl Desrosiers, Chief Executive Officer of the Société de transport de Montréal (STM), accepted the Gold Award on behalf of the company for its service point for the homeless program, developed jointly with the Société de développement social Ville-Marie (SDSVM).
