Location: east entrance
Amid the stairwell’s grey granite walls, the artist has set three pyramids and a cross made of overlapping pieces of aluminum and bronze. The lustrous metal surfaces reflect the ambient light into the stairwell in the station’s secondary entrance.

The human figures on the sculptures’ surfaces represent métro users, heading in all directions like bees in a hive.
About the artist
Born in Lille, France, Bernard Chaudron (1931-2013) worked in agricultural science and the dairy industry before becoming an artist. The pewter work and jewelry he produces in his workshop in Val-David have won numerous prizes over the years.
