Inclusive Mobility: Learning to use public transit
Inclusive Mobility is a free learning program that helps people with functional disabilities to travel independently and safely by bus, métro, train and REM.

Customers with intellectual disabilities
- Getting on and off vehicles (bus, métro, train, REM)
- Planning your trips
- Buying your tickets
- Dealing with unexpected situations
- Adopting safe behaviour
Customers with physical disabilities
- Positioning yourself properly during trips, if needed
- Exploring new routes with your mobility aid, if needed
- Presentation of the tools available to properly plan your trips
- Gaining confidence

Eligibility
- You must be 12 years of age or older and have a functional disability, such as:
- Motor impairment (with or without mobility aid)
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Mild to moderate intellectual disability
- Speech and/or language disorder (under certain conditions)

- New public transit users
- Anyone who wants to gain confidence on a new mode of transportation or route
How to register for training
1. Through a partner
Training is offered mainly in collaboration with partners in the health, education, non-profit and business sectors.
To launch a training session, the partner must form a group of 10 to 20 people.

2. Individual application (limited spots)
You can also register as an individual by joining a waiting list.
When new training sessions are scheduled, you will be informed of the start dates.
Depending on your availability, you can then confirm your participation or choose to wait for a future session.
