Lost something?
If you have lost an object in the métro, on a bus or at an STM office, please do the following:
- Wait 48 business hours: When an object is found, it usually takes two days for it to arrive at the lost and found centre.
- Go to the lost and found centre. If the object was returned to us, you will find it there.
Found something?
If you find a lost item in the métro, please bring it to the lost and found centre or give it to a station agent at any station.
If you find a lost item on the bus, please give it to the driver.
Lost and found items are kept for 3 weeks. After this time, they are given to a charitable organization.

From December 31 to January 4 : Closed
