To facilitate access to many healthcare institutions
A looping route with a frequency of departures every 20 minutes during rush hours, every 30 minutes off peak, Monday through Friday. The 811 – Services santé Shuttle run between Radisson métro station and multiple health care facilities in the east end of Montréal.

Route
Line 811 – Services santé Shuttle begins its route at Radisson métro station, before making stops at Cadillac, Langelier and Assomption métro stations, on the Green line, and heading to 9 designated health care facilities. The total time for this route varies between 45 and 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. The departure and terminus bus stop is located in the Radisson South Terminus.

Line 811 – Services santé Shuttle is in service Monday through Friday from 5:30 am until 8pm and offers departures
- Every 20 minutes from 6am to 9:30am and from 3:30pm to 6:30pm
- Every 30 minutes off peak

Transfer at Radisson
With a point of departure at Radisson métro station, bus line 811 – Services santé Shuttle makes for an easy transfer from the lines 461 of the RTL, 61 of the RTL, 520 of exo and 532 of exo. Thone lines previously stops at free Park-and-Rides on the South Shore of Montreal.

- The current rates apply
- Free at all times for children aged 5 and under
- Free travel for children is in effect at all times and allows up to five children aged 11 and under to ride public transit for free when accompanied by a person aged 14 or older who is supervising them. This person must hold a valid transit fare.
- Residents of the Greater Montréal area are entitled to free travel for those aged 65 and over.
Accessibility
- All stops on this line are universally accessible. Check your schedule in real time before heading to the bus stop
- A display and public address system is installed in all our buses, allowing you to see and/or hear announcements about upcoming bus stops
- Buses on this route are equipped with an accessibility ramp located at the front entrance of the vehicle

Your driver can lower the floor of the bus to sidewalk level, regardless of whether you use a mobility aid or not. Simply ask before getting on or off the bus.
