Special bus timetables for July 17 – 28, 2006
Montreal, 15 July 2006 - The last two weeks of July are traditionally the most popular for vacations, and the STM would like to remind transit users that special timetables will be in effect on several bus routes during the July 17-28 period.
As ridership levels are generally lower at this time, the number of vehicles providing service will be slightly reduced, and intervals between buses will vary on several routes.
The vacation timetable is featured inside the summer Planibus under the heading « Horaire sp�cial inclus » and is printed in lighter type to the left of the regular Monday to Friday schedule. The special timetables are also displayed in the right-hand columns of Infobus panels at bus stops.
When planning their transportation, transit users should consult their Planibus or Infobus panels or call A-U-T-O-B-U-S (288-6287) for timetables at their bus stop. For other information, including travel directions, call STM-INFO
(786-4636). Timetables updated to daily events are now available from the STM website (www.stm.info) up to seven days in advance, as well as more useful transit information.
