Starting October 4 2026, you’ll be able to make your reservations online on the brand-new STM platform.
On that same date, VECO will become the new provider for your route currently served by Coop de l’Ouest. The new number for making reservations by phone will be 450-671-9999.
If you already have an account, use your current login credentials to sign in to the new platform. Only new customers will need to create an account.
The platform will initially be available in French. An English version will be available at a later date.
How does the service work?
The 281 Senneville / Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Shared Taxibus provides a link between the village of Senneville, Gouin Boulevard (line 68- Pierrefonds), the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station, the MacDonald terminus (John Abbott College, lines 200 Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and 411 Express Lionel-Groulx).
Effective October 4, 2026, there will be a significant change to the 281 Senneville / Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Taxibus service:
The 281 Taxibus route will no longer operate on the routes of the 212 Sainte-Anne and 68 Pierrefonds to and from the Anse-à-l'Orme REM station.
Trips to and from the REM will be provided exclusively by bus routes 212 Sainte-Anne and 68 Pierrefonds. During periods when bus route 68 Pierrefonds is not operating, trips to and from the REM with the Taxibus service will be permitted and maintained.
Trips within Sainte-Anne and Senneville (for example, trips between the Macdonald terminal and the pharmacy or the library) will not be affected by the suspension of service for the 281 Taxibus and will still be possible.
Exceptions for Hospital Sainte-Anne:
Taxibus 281 will continue to operate for trips between the Anse-à-l’Orme REM station and Sainte-Anne Hospital (Main Pavilion and Pavillon du Souvenir).
At all times, trips must have one of the following stops as their origin or destination (mandatory stops):
- Macdonald Terminus (bus routes: 200, 210, and 411)
- Pierrefonds Line 68 Terminus (Cap-Saint-Jacques / Gouin)
- Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station
- Senneville City Hall (Senneville / Morningside)
- Meloche / Sainte-Marie
- Sainte-Anne / Perrault
- Sainte-Anne / Saint-Pierre
- Bibliothèque Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue
- Laboratoires Charles River
- Anse-à-l'Orme station
For the Sainte-Marie neighbourhood only: In addition, from Monday to Friday during rush hour, you are not required to use the predetermined stops. You must provide your address at the time of booking and service will be provided at the door, as long as the address is within the service area and the origin or destination is a terminus.
How to use the service?
It's easy! Book your trip within the defined time schedule and board within a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Mention the name of the service, your boarding and disembarking stops and the number of people accompanying you,
- Indicate the desired boarding OR disembarking time
- If your online reservation is scheduled for a time after midnight, select the following day’s date to ensure it is valid
- Arrive at your stop at least 5 minutes before the taxi arrives
Booking 30 minutes before your trip will guarantee you a seat on board.
There are two ways to reserve you trip:
- By phone at 514 636-6666
- Online (in french) New: You can follow the taxi's position in real time.
If you use a mobility aid requesting the use of an accessible taxi, mention this when making your reservation by phone. Note that an online reservation does not allow to consider this need.
How much does the service cost?
You must show a valid transit fare that is one of the accepted Shared taxibus fares when you board a taxi.

Accepted fares on OPUS card:
- Monthy, All modes A.
- Weekly, All modes A.
- 4-month, All modes A.
- Monthy passes, All modes AB, ABC, ABCD and bus fares are also allowed.
- Free 65+ All Modes A (Residents of the agglomeration of Montréal).
Accepted fare on magnetic card:
- 1-trip, All modes A.
Cash payment is not accepted onboard taxis.
For customers transferring to bus, métro or train networks:
You must pay your fare by validating it when you board a bus and train or enter the métro station. Regular fares apply.
