Making travel easier for customers with functional limitations

Universal accessibility at the STM

Universal accessibility allows all users to take similar advantage of infrastructure and public services. Using its available resources, the STM is incorporating solutions into its daily activities to facilitate and encourage universal accessibility across its operations. This means infrastructure, vehicles and all other STM equipment and facilities, as well as all services offered to the public.
