Located on Marseille Street, this administrative centre will house office space for the teams responsible for managing our network.

Impact on local residents
Since the new administrative centre is being built in an industrial area, we are not expecting any significant impact on local residents.
However, the bike path through the park has been rerouted around the work area. Please see the posted signage for information on the detour.
Learn more about the project
The STM has over 10,800 employees in the city. We recently conducted an exercise on consolidating our administrative spaces, and this new building will allow us to house under one roof all the teams responsible for managing our network.
No. The building itself will not be part of the public transit network. It is an office space for our management teams. Only STM employees will have access to the Marseille Administrative Centre.
